Saul from Lotus Masonry gave nothing other than perfect customer service! He was prompt, courteous , friendly, and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions and guidance, while still listening to what we wanted/needed., and was never a pushy salesman. Our household came down with COVID and Saul was understanding and accommodating when we delayed the start of our project.
